Acceptance

By browsing datanexgen.digital or signing an engagement letter with Data NexGen, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission our work.

Services described on this site

Pages describing fixed asset reconciliation, depreciation review, year-end support, and register cleanup are informational. A binding scope exists only in a signed engagement letter. Fees shown are starting indications, not offers.

Intellectual property

Website copy, layout, and branding belong to Data NexGen. Workpapers and memos we prepare for a client are licensed to that client for internal finance and audit use. You may not republish our templates or site content without written consent.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy of data you supply, for posting journals, and for management judgements on useful lives and write-offs. Our work supports those decisions; it does not replace management ownership of the financial statements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Taiwan, Data NexGen’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions made by third-party auditors.

No statutory audit

We do not issue audit opinions under Taiwanese auditing standards. Engaging us does not satisfy statutory audit requirements.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from the website or our engagements are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Kaohsiung shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
