Why we exist
Many Taiwan finance teams inherit asset registers that grew through acquisitions, plant moves, and hurried ERP cutovers. Controllers know the numbers wobble; they rarely have spare capacity to untangle cost, accumulated depreciation, and physical reality before the auditor arrives.
Data NexGen was formed in Kaohsiung to take on that narrow work: fixed asset reconciliation and depreciation review. We do not prepare full statutory audits or sell software. We sit with your register, your policies, and—when needed—your plant managers until the roll-forward tells a coherent story.
How we work
Engagements begin with a scoping call covering entity count, line volume, site access, and the external audit timetable. We then agree a materiality lens so fieldwork focuses on machinery, buildings, and other balances that move the financial statements.
Findings arrive as exception logs and short memos—not slide decks. Your team keeps ownership of journals; we supply the evidence trail.

Based in Kaohsiung
Our office sits in Hsiao Kang District, with regular travel to client plants across southern and central Taiwan. Remote desk review covers clients who already hold clean digital registers and need a second pair of eyes on depreciation alone.
