What changes the estimate
- Register lines A 200-line register for one warehouse differs from a 4,000-line multi-plant file with mixed tagging conventions.
- Physical observation Desk-only reconciliation costs less than visits to locked or remote plants that need escort scheduling.
- Data quality Missing capitalisation dates, merged cost pools, or bilingual class names add cleanup hours before reconciliation can start.
- Calendar pressure Year-end windows with auditor fieldwork in under three weeks may require evening coverage and a premium for priority scheduling.
How billing works
We quote a fixed engagement fee after the scoping call, with a written list of inclusions. Travel within Kaohsiung is included; overnight trips elsewhere in Taiwan are billed at cost. Deposits of 40% secure the calendar; the balance is due on delivery of the final memo and workpapers.
These pages do not process payments. To proceed, request an estimate and we will send a simple engagement letter.
