Data we collect
- Contact details you submit via forms (name, email, message content, engagement preferences).
- Business information needed to perform reconciliation or review work (registers, GL extracts, plant contact names).
- Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted—see our Cookies page.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to estimate requests, perform contracted engagements, invoice, meet legal record-keeping duties, and—only with consent—improve site performance via analytics.
Legal bases
Performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, legal obligations, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for at least seven years to support audit trails and legal requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with IT hosting providers under confidentiality terms, with professional advisers, or when required by competent authorities in Taiwan.
International transfers
If tools hosting this site process data outside Taiwan, we rely on appropriate contractual safeguards and only transfer what is necessary for the stated purpose.
Your rights

We apply access controls and encrypted transit for form submissions where supported by hosting. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal data in enquiry forms.
